REMOGNA COLLECTION

Paintings, wooden sculptures and decorative arts objects from the fifteenth to the twentieth century

The collection was donated to the museum between 2002 and 2013 by the Borgosesian doctor Mario Remogna, who is now the honorary president of the institution.

Nearly one hundred works in three rooms, including paintings, sculptures, and decorative art objects, are displayed in chronological order from the fifteenth to the twentieth century.

Among these are masterpieces by Tanzio da Varallo, Camillo Procaccini, Guglielmo Caccia known as Moncalvo, and the Veronese Giambettino Cignaroli, making for a collection that transcends regional boundaries and closely interacts with the heritage of the Pinacoteca.
